Welcome to Crisis Intervention Training. Once you start the course you'll notice a "file" drop-down menu on the top right of your screen. Clicking this menu will allow you to view, print or download the Participant Manual most relevant to you (if desired).

"This course consists of five sections (Introduction, Risk Management, Relationship Management, Behaviour Management and Aggression Management). The sections are meant to be brief in nature. You should be able to finish the course in about one hour. You can only access the final test once all five modules have been viewed completely. Feel free to work at your own pace and start and stop as often as you like. If you need to log-out of the session, you'll be prompted to start from where you last ended the next time you log-in to a specific module. Each time you complete a module, simply click on the next module in the drop down menu located at the top right of the screen, or click the continue button at the bottom center of your screen. Once the final test is successfully completed you can print your certificate.
